I’ve had the pleasure of working with La Casa twice over the past few years, and their warmth and hospitality have always stood out. Each visit, I’ve had the chance to chat with one of the owners, which really emphasizes the unique experience of eating local. Hearing about the history of the family business and what makes it special adds a personal touch that you don’t get everywhere. On our most recent visit, we spoke with Danielle. Her beautiful paintings hang the walls, and she shared that she started painting years ago when she became ill. Her passion is evident through her art, adding an extra layer of ambiance to the restaurant.
Many people in Omaha have fond memories of family meals at La Casa. If you ask locals what to order, you might hear about the Classic Hamburger. While those rectangular sheets of meat and cheese have a strong fan base, my personal favorites are the Chicken Parmesan Panini, Honey-Lime Sriracha Wings, and the cheesecake. There’s truly something for everyone!

LaCasa has always been a huge love starting from my childhood. It is my dad’s favorite pizza spot and we only got to go when it was a celebration of something. We always get the hamburger pizza and the Creamy Romano Dressing is amazing! LaCasa will always have a spot in my heart.

We love the Margherita Pizza, onion rings, toasted ravioli, and dinner salads. My husband proposed to me there almost 10 yrs ago. My dad used to go there almost every week when he lived back here. I now take a 3/4 baked Margherita Pizza back to him in Ohio, at least once a year.

This is a nostalgic pizza for me. Having that classic hamburger pizza loaded with Romano cheese takes me back every time!

My husband is a true & faithful LaCasa pizza guy & has converted me! He drew me in with the fried ravioli & onion rings, but that pizza crust is second to none! We love the classic hamburger/onion with both cheeses’
